DANCE RECITAL!!!

On June 21st I was in my first dance recital. The day was very busy and started off with picking Granmomma up at the aiport. Then when we got home she decided that I NEEDED to get my hair and makeup done before the recital started at 4. So I called and made the appointments. At 1:00 I had the makeup appointment and we went to S ephora at the mall. The lady did really good but took FOREVER! She ran through my hair appointment and we had to put it back an hour. Which meant that right when my hair was done I would have to get to my recital. So after I got my makeup done I had to get my fake eyelashes at a makeup place in Dillards. So after that we went to go get my hair done and the lady spiral curled it and it looked SO good. My hair was done at 3:30 and so I was off to my practice before the recital. We got there on time and me and all the dance girls jus got ready and layed out all their costumes befor the recital started. It was really fun and we all jus hung out and got everything ready for the recital. And then it was 5:00 and it started. The first dance that we did was GET THIS PARTY STARTED and the two older groups ran through the audience with their pom poms and up onto stage. that was fun but i kept worryin about falling. haha that woulda been funny. The next dance I was in was the ballet. This dance was one of my favorites. It was to cannon in D and was really pretty. we wore a black leotard tutu kinda thing and everyone did really good. Then the little girls did their ballet and after we did one with them to the song ONE VOICE. It was so cute because each of the older ballet girls got a younger girl partner and they kinda jus followed us the whole time but it was really cute. DO IT WELL was the next dance that I was in and that was deffinately my favorite. Everyone loved that dance and we all did it full out and it looked great. I had WHEN YOU BELIEVE next and that was pretty fun. I never noticed how short the dance was but it was fun because we used alot of teqnique in it like the fish flop and a toe rise kinda thing. more groupds performed and then finally came. and the performance was over! My dance recital was a bunch of fun and a great memory.

Kenny Chesney Concert!

This weekend I went to my first concert! The performers were Gary Allen, Sammy Hagar, Keith Urban, and Kenny Chesney! It was so much fun! My friend Danica took me thanks to her grandma! We sat pretty close, not close enough to see them in person but to see them on the screen. Garry Alan was okayy.. haha I havent heard much of his songs. Sammy Hagar was CRAZY! He was all over the place and it was well.. odd haha. Then the night actually began and Keith Urban sang! He was so good and I knew almost all of his music so it was so cool to actually see him in person. By the way those cowboys were so cute! Then Kenny Chesney sang and he was awesome! He was even better live! The concert was so much fun! The people in front of us came in from out of town and the lady was celebrating her 50th! She was so funny to watch.. every performance she knew all the words of every song and was dancing the whole night! We had a blast and cant wait to do it again sometime. I didnt get any pics. my camera died right before the concert started!

SwiRleY!

For those of you who have not already heard I have recently been given my very first swirley! Let me tell you I am determined to make that my last too! If you dont know what a swirley is its a good laugh if your the giver but if your the reciever... well it sucks! It all happened by jus not getting a volleyball within a 5 second countdown. Which by the way in these 5 seconds i got the volleyball, closed the gate on the side of the house, turned off the lights and locked the door. So I had to do all this durring my 5 second time period and of course I was off by like a half a second and man was i done for.. SIMPLE MISTAKE!! So at the house at the time were some visitors from colorado, which already thought I was a little well...weird haha, my friend sidney, Krystal, Joel, Brooke, Mom, and Dad! So Krystal and Joel decided that it would be a lot of fun to give their poor cousin a SWIRLEY, !! haha...it wasnt! So they were outside and I came in the house through the opposite door as them, all calm might I add. And all of a sudden these two giants come darting at me so I RUN straight for the front door. So In my house their is a front locked front door and a heavy gate to get through before your out of the house and right next to the door is a bathroom. So if youve ever seen me run.. im not too good or too fast. but i did not trip or fall or anything...this time.lol! But i didnt make it out the door so I jus sat right in front of it! But that was dumb on my part cuz then they just lifted me up and brought me too the bathroom! Krystal had my waist and joel had my head! They jus stuck it in the toilet and then krystal screams.."Joel flush it!! Flush It". And poor joel listened.. Sidney took a picture and this is how it looked!
